    b.      Adopt the Congestion Management Process (CMP) Update (pdf)

    To approve the latest updates to the CMP and ensure t his process is established for the upcoming Transporation Improvement Program (TIP) and Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) planning initiatives. 

    c.      Establish the Regional Freight Advisory Committee (RFAC) (pdf)

    To formalize the establishment of the Regional Freight Advisor Committee.

          Purpose:  To present the Draft FY 2027 - 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), summarize public involvement efforts, and request final approval from the Transportation Policy Board

         6.    Submission of Updates to Federal Highway Administration's Critical Urban Freight Corridor (CUFC) Network Within AAMPO Region

                                   Purpose:  To update the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Critical Urban Freight Corridor Designation within the region and include in TxDOT's 2027 Texas Freight Mobility Plan

                      Purpose:  To review demographic forecast allocation efforts in collaboration with local governments and highlight county control total refinements needed for fast-growing areas of Medina County.
