    b.      Approval of Amendment to Policy 5: Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) Membership in Response to Alamo Area MPO Boundary Expansion  (item 3b)

    Following October 2024 TAC recommendation to update membership, seeking formal Policy Board action to amend Policy 5 to formalize membership representation.

    1. Annual Financial and Compliance Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025

         ACTION Requested

                          Purpose:    As required under applicable federal regulations due to the level of federal funds expended, the Alamo Area MPO’s annual financial audit for FY25 is presented for the Board’s review and acceptance.  (Item 4)

    3.  Development of the FY 2027 – FY 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Appropriate Action to Waive MPO Policy 3 (pdf)

          Purpose:    To provide an update on the Draft FY 2027– FY 2030 TIP which summarizes public involvement efforts and presents information on grouped projects and to request a waiver to Section C of Policy 3.  (Item 6)

    4. Establishing the Regional Freight Advisory Committee (RFAC)

                               Purpose:    To provide information on formalizing the RFAC as a result of the recently completed Regional Freight Study.  (Item 7)
