a.      There is nothing new to report on the status of AAMPO’s pending boundary expansion into the remainder of Kendall County and the eastern portion of Medina county. As soon as State approval is achieved, notices will be sent and new members will be seated at the various AAMPO committees and the Transportation Policy Board.

b.      AAMPO’s Executive Committee will meet in June to discuss and make a recommendation to the TPB on the FY26 AAMPO Annual Budget and leadership positions. The Executive Committee serves as the Nominating Committee for the selection of AAMPO’s TPB leadership positions. The election will be held during the June TPB meeting.

c.      AAMPO’s Executive Committee will meet in September to discuss and make a recommendation to the TPB on the FY 27-30 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Project Call.

d.      During June 2025, AAMPO will host public meetings, throughout the study area, and conduct public outreach to garner public comments on the FY 27-30 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) submitted projects. Information on the public meetings will soon be available at www.alamoareampo.org/yourmove. Public comment is available online from June 1 – 30, 2025.

e.      The AAMPO office will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2025 in observance of Memorial Day and Thursday, June 19, 2025 for Juneteenth.

    The Metropolitan Planning Organization Transportation Policy Board Executive Committee will adjourn into Executive Session as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 550.071 (consultation with attorney), and Section 551.074 (personnel matters) to discuss update on AAMPO's Executive Director search.
