b.      Update on MPO Boundary Expansion and termination of the Continuing Phase Agreement.

c.      AAMPO received five proposals in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Comal County Railroad Crossing Study, FY 24-25 UPWP Task 5.6. The recommendation for award will be considered at the December Transportation Policy Board meeting.

d.      The AAMPO Call for Projects officially kicked off on October 1, 2024. For more information regarding the call, please visit www.alamoareampo.org/callforprojects.

e.      AAMPO will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024 in observance of Veteran’s Day and on Thursday and Friday November 28 and 29, 2024 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

f.        As is our usual practice, the November Transportation Policy Board meeting will be combined with the December meeting due to the Holidays. The meeting is scheduled for December 16, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
